Acceptable use

• You will use the Service only for lawful trail and park management purposes.
• You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, including photos and reports.

Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered with a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Trial and subscription details, including pricing, are presented at sign-up. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
